Ann Curry
Ann Curry has worked as an journalist for over nearly 45 years. Her reporting focuses on natural disasters and war zones. Curry was a reporter for wars from Kosovo, Iraq Syria Lebanon Palestine Afghanistan Darfur Congo. Ann Curry was an American journalist, TV news reporter as well as host. She was the first female anchor at the station, when she was just 22. Then, she stepped on to become an anchor and reporter at KGW, an NBC affiliate station located in Portland. In the course of four years, she was hired as a reporter by KCBS TV in Los Angeles. Through her tenure of six years with the station she received two Emmy Awards.
